Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Syncer Obsidian plugin (“Syncer”).

The software

Syncer is provided as a community plugin for Obsidian. Source code is published at github.com/desimpson/syncer under the MIT License.

The plugin runs locally in Obsidian on your device. Your vault remains under your control. Syncer does not host your notes.

Your accounts and providers

You are responsible for the Google, Microsoft, Todoist, Azure DevOps, and other accounts you connect, and for complying with those providers’ terms. Connecting an account authorises Syncer to call that provider from your device as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting an integration in plugin settings clears that integration’s locally stored tokens. You can also revoke access in the provider’s account security settings.

No warranty

Syncer is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as set out in the MIT License. Use it at your own risk. In particular, sync can create, update, or delete lines in your chosen Markdown note, and optional write-back can change items in connected providers.
